Skating Inspirations
As many skaters have to come to realize, the sport of figure skating is not only a highly demanding physical sport, but it is also a mind game. Success in this sport starts with believing in yourself. Whether it is believing you can make it all the way around the rink without falling, passing your silver dance test, or landing a triple loop. In order to achieve any goal, first you must believe. Skating Inspirations offers those everyday reminders and inspirations for skaters of any age or level.
The Story of our BusinessBrittyni Carlson Skating Inspirations
A former show skater for Holiday on Ice continues her love for skating and art with Life Definition. All of the photographs and artwork are originals and most were taken while touring all over Europe. Skating Inspirations all started with a single wallet. From there on it has expanded to purses, jewelry, cards, buttons, clothing, makeup cases, accessories, and much more.
As a Coach
As a skating coach, I am inspired daily by the hard work, determination and progress that I see by the skaters at the rink.  Seeing them grow through the struggles and accomplishments is rewarding and heartbreaking all in one.  I see the skaters on days when they struggle, and being a skater myself, I can relate.  Its heartbreaking to see such talent being held back by mental blocks such as self doubt.  I want to help the skaters overcome their mental blocks and hardships in order to help them achieve their greatest potential.  It is my hope and dream that through my business, my blog, tweets, and posts, that in some way no matter how small or big, that I can inspire skaters no matter their age or level.

    • Hi

Sorry it has taken me so long to blog. I really didnt think anyone was reading it. I will try to post at least once a week from now on! Thanks for following! If you like the blog, please share it with others as well. I strongly believe that there is a need for a self belief in the skating world. If only more skaters would believe in themselves I think the sport would grow so much!

Thanks again for reading! Have a great day.

  1. I know you haven’t posted here in years, but I came across your blog today and fell in love with it. I’ve spent the last few hours reading it in its entirety. I just got into skating as an adult and I’ve fallen in love with it. Thanks for sharing your skating inspirations with the world.
